The production enterprise "3D-crosses SVP" (Zeus LLC) was founded in 2013 in Volzhsk, Volgograd region. The company produces and sells a tile leveling system under the 3D-Cross brand. It is one of the market leaders in tile leveling systems in Russia. The production is equipped with injection molding machines (MOPs) from FU CHUN SHIN (FCS, Taiwan), the largest manufacturer of equipment for plastic injection. FU CHUN SHIN injection molding machines are known in more than 50 countries around the world. The most famous companies that use these injection molding machines are: Nokia, Toyota Motor, BMW, IBM, The Coca-Cola Company, Microsoft and others.

Tile leveling system (TLS) "3D-Cross" is a simple device for leveling tiles during laying on adhesive mortar.
It consists of two parts - a clamp and a wedge. Suitable for both floor and wall coverings. Unlike traditional crosses, SVP levels not only the seams, but also the joints between the tiles, making the surface perfectly flat. The wedge can be reused, the clamp is a consumable item. All products are made of excellent quality ABS plastic. The system is suitable for laying tiles with a thickness of 6 to 12 mm. No special tools are required to install the system. At a minimum, the company produces up to 26 million clamps and up to 24 million wedges per month, but this is not the limit. The company's mission is long-term cooperation with global manufacturers of ceramic tiles and building mixtures. At the moment, the company's partners include: Knauf, Litokol, Volma, " Ceramics of the Future " and others.
In 2016, “3D Crosses” were presented at the largest international exhibition of finishing materials BATIMAT 2016 (Moscow).

So I got a new 3D Crosses tile laying system! Unlike the previous SVP system, clamping and holding them has become much more convenient! There will be no more calluses like those from “orange” ones! I’m not some kind of super tiler, I’ve never done this... So, I did it several times purely for myself. I didn’t really like it because the tiles were constantly jumping, the corners were blocked... In a word - horror. I laid out several rooms, a hallway and a kitchen with 3D Crosses. The wedges are inserted quite simply. If there is a gap between adjacent tiles, the wedge will tighten and clamp. You should always use a level - lay 2 tiles and check the level. This time I laid porcelain tiles in a technical room with an area of 10m2. I wasn’t in a hurry at all, I finished about half of it before lunch. By evening I finished the remaining section. I waited until everything was dry. He came and knocked down the wedges (by the way, they come off very easily). I really liked the result: everything is smooth - there are no blocked corners and the seam is the same everywhere. Everything is just perfect. In the end, all that remains is to collect all the wedges in a pile and set them aside for later use. I recommend to everyone!
