Set of rules SP 29.13330.2011 FLOORS. Updated version of SNiP 2.03.13-88

This set of rules applies to the design of floors in industrial, warehouse, residential, public, administrative, sports and domestic buildings.

The choice of a constructive floor solution should be made based on the requirements of operating conditions, taking into account the technical and economic feasibility of the decision made in specific construction conditions, which ensures:

  1. operational reliability and durability of the floor;
  2. saving building materials;
  3. the most complete use of the strength and deformation characteristics of soils and the physical and mechanical properties of materials used for flooring;
  4. minimum labor costs for installation and operation;
  5. maximum mechanization of device processes;
  6. environmental Safety;
  7. safety of people's movement;
  8. optimal hygienic conditions for people;
  9. fire and explosion safety.

The design of floors should be carried out taking into account the operational impacts on them, special requirements (non-sparking, antistatic, dust-free, even, wear-resistant, heat absorption, sound insulating ability, slipperiness) and climatic conditions of the construction site.
