DIGITAL PRINTING is an automated complex using inkjet printing.

Today, collections are produced in three formats: 300x600 mm, 280x400 mm, 250x350 mm. All ceramic tiles are manufactured on modern, high-performance Italian equipment using the latest technologies. In the production of tiles, high-quality raw materials from Russia, Ukraine, Italy, and Spain are used. The design is applied to the tiles using Italian Rotocolor equipment and silk-screen machines. Rotokolor allows you to achieve a unique design, and silk screens make it possible to apply various decorative effects (structures, metallization) to the tiles. All this together allows us to provide a variety of aesthetic effects and environmentally impeccable characteristics. Designs for production are purchased directly from leading Italian studios with exclusive rights. Continuous joint developments with European technologists allow us to annually update the range with 5-6 new collections.
The process of packing tiles into boxes and placing them on pallets is fully automated. The company has implemented a 3-level quality control system:
- Tiles with external surface defects are marked by sorters and automatically sent to standard or construction grade.
- Before being packed into boxes, the tiles pass through an automatic sorting facility. The tiles are sorted by size, obliqueness and deformation.
- After packaging, the tiles are checked by quality service staff. Products that do not correspond to the grade stated on the packaging are re-sorted.
