ZKS LLC is a Russian manufacturer of porcelain tiles of the Ural Granite brand. The enterprise was built in 2005 in Snezhinsk, Chelyabinsk region. The plant is equipped with modern equipment from such well-known Italian companies as SACMI, Gabrielli, Ceramic Instrument and AssoPrint. The company has its own laboratories that monitor product quality at all stages of production. In 2005 – 2010 The plant produced porcelain stoneware under various brands, and since 2009, production of products under its own brand, “Ural Granite,” was launched. In 2011, new production lines for rectification and polishing of porcelain stoneware were launched.

The use of high-quality imported dyes and modern technological equipment makes it possible to obtain not only traditional salt-and-pepper tiles, but also tiles with multi-color ceramic glazes, and also ensure the repeatability of the aesthetic effect over time. There is equipment for polishing rectification of ceramic granite, which allows us to produce modern material that meets stringent market requirements. Sorting and accounting of grain by tones and calibers makes it possible to make shipments to warehouse terminals of mainly constantly the same tones and calibers, as well as to complete the replenishment of facilities with the necessary products.

With the launch of the fourth line on July 13, 2011, the planned capacity of the plant is 8 million square meters. m of ceramic granite per year.

Porcelain granite, colored in the mass (full-mass porcelain tile) is produced without surface painting, but by mixing components of different shades, which allows you to obtain uniform color saturation throughout the entire thickness of the tile. This increases wear resistance; in addition, even if the ceramics receives mechanical damage, it will not be noticeable. Such ceramics are often used for public facilities with very high floor loads or technical premises: car showrooms, warehouses, and others, due to its incredible strength and wear resistance. Due to its high-quality technical parameters, granite products of the Ural Granite trademark are in great demand in the domestic ceramic market.
