In 1987, in the village of Alekseevskoye (Tatarstan), the construction of OJSC Alekseevskaya Cream (formerly Alekseevsky Brick Factory) began.
The initial stage of work took place with great problems due to the difficult economic situation. The construction of buildings and infrastructure development ended in the mid-90s. But only by 2000 the plant reached a stable level of production activity. The Italian equipment we purchased, of course, makes the work much easier. Computer technologies make it possible to monitor the slightest disruptions in the workflow. The drying stage, for example, is completely reflected on the monitor screen in the form of a diagram and, if the parameters change, it is adjusted by the operator at the same minute. The program installed at our plant was written in Italy, in Verona, specifically for Alekseevskaya Ceramics. It fully meets the needs of the production of ceramic colored bricks, translated into Russian, which ensures the use of all functions. Our specialists responsible for control computer programs were trained in Italy and are personally acquainted with the creators of our version. By the way, our Italian partners still support us - in the event of force majeure situations, they can contact our server using a satellite and determine the cause of the problem. The success of the technology we have chosen is clearly demonstrated by the fact that today, with a production volume of 35 million bricks per year, the defect rate is from 1 to 2%. Our company has a delivery service for finished products to the buyer; it happens that customers themselves pick up the finished bricks from the factory. But they always invariably come back next time for a new batch. For us, this is a kind of recognition, and for this reason we are constantly improving the quality of our work, trying to acquire new partners and maintain good relationships with regular customers. Over the 11 years of its existence, the Alekseevskaya Ceramics plant has earned an excellent reputation in the building materials market of the Republic of Tatarstan, Chuvashia, and Mari El. Today, the most important prospect for us is the preservation and development of the working team. This is our pride and hope. All plant employees are fellow countrymen, originally from the Alekseevsky district. All professionals are turners, mechanics, electricians.
