Since 1993, the Vladimirovsky quarry of refractory clays (JSC VKTG) has been engaged in the extraction, processing and supply of mineral raw materials for the production of all types of ceramics. The Vladimirovskoye deposit of refractory and refractory clays provides clay raw materials to all sites of the Unitile Group of Companies. LLC "Shakhtinskaya Keramika" and LLC "Voronezhskaya Keramika" consume a total of 154 thousand tons per year for the production of facing tiles and porcelain stoneware, the production site on the basis of VKTG for the production of facing bricks - 164 thousand tons (Markinsky brick). In addition, more than 100 thousand tons of VKTG JSC products are sold on the territory of the Russian Federation from the South of the country to Siberia. Among the consumers are Gubsky Brick Plant OJSC, Aksai Brick Plant LLC, Donskoy Brick OJSC. The Markinsky Brick Factory (MKZ) is the production site of JSC Vladimirovsky Carter of Refractory Clays.
Currently, VKGT, in addition to the 32.6-hectare site developed since 1994, has the Fedorovskoye field, which was added in 2006 and put into operation in October 2013, with an area of 68.3 hectares, as well as site No. 2 of the Vladimirovskoye field, with an area of 85.7 hectares, The holding won the auction for the right to use the subsoil for the exploration and production of refractory and refractory clays for a period of 20 years in November 2013.
The products are intended for the production of:
- ceramic tiles for interior wall cladding;
- facade ceramic tiles;
- ceramic floor tiles;
- ceramic granite;
- brick and facing stone;
- sanitary ware;
- other types of ceramics;
The quarry produces 9 finished grades of charge for all main types of ceramic production.
