Deflection

Displacement measured at the center of a layer of hardened mortar or adhesive when the layer is subjected to a three-point load. According to EN 12004.

Note 1 . This characteristic allows you to evaluate the deformability of a solution or adhesive. Measurements are carried out in accordance with EN 12002.

Note 2 . A synonym for the phrase is: transverse deformation.
