Noginsk Construction Mixture Plant

At the beginning of 2002, products of the world-famous Italian brand began to be produced in Russia. The production is located in Noginsk, Moscow region. The plant is equipped with the most modern Italian equipment and produces building mixtures using Italian technology. The technological process is controlled using a computer, the task for which is the brand of the finished product. Next, according to the given recipes included in the program, the initial raw materials are automatically weighed, dosed and mixed, and the packaging of the finished product is fully automated. There is a railway line on the territory of the plant and finished products can be shipped by both rail and road transport. The finished products warehouse occupies an area of ​​3000 m2, part of it, about a third, is heated. This allows you to preserve products that are sensitive to negative temperatures in winter.

The company's technical specialists regularly conduct training seminars on working with TM LITOKOL materials. Seminars are held at the company's Consulting and Technology Center on the basis of the Noginsk building mixtures plant. Consulting - The Technology Center consists of six work boxes intended for practical training and a lecture hall. In each of the boxes there is a team of two people who, over the course of several days, master a new technological process: from preparing the base to grouting the joints. All practical work is carried out under the supervision of a technical specialist who is ready to answer any question regarding the range and features of the use of building mixtures of the Litokol brand.
