In 2014, in the city of Balabanovo, Kaluga region, Freelight CJSC, together with the Ural plant ZSK LLC, commissioned a production complex for the production of porcelain tiles under the CF Systems Ceramics of the Future trademark. The foundation stone of the plant was laid in April 2013, and in less than a year and a half, a new industrial giant appeared on the territory where the old brick factory was once located.
CF Systems CERAMICS OF THE FUTURE is the most modern production of ceramic granite in Russia. Unlike all existing factories in the post-Soviet space, which were designed about 15 years ago, this production was built taking into account the most modern technologies for the production of ceramic granite. That is why it provides for the production of ceramic granite of all sizes, starting from 1200x1200mm and smaller. The technologies used make it possible to offer innovative products to the market at prices of traditional analogues. The competitive advantage of this enterprise is the presence of its own production of decorative elements. Factory visit
In the spring I was at the CF Systems Ceramics of the Future plant as part of a group. We were given a tour of the production area and a lecture on the advantages of using large-format 120x120 cm porcelain granite in cladding. They also recommended laying this 120x120 cm porcelain tile using Installer MX300 or MX400 adhesive (manufacturer PIQ) together with DLS.
