Extraction and processing of construction raw materials

Since 2008, the Cedrus company has been developing a deposit in the Oktyabrsky sand quarry, which is located on the left bank of the Oka in close proximity to the village of Oktyabrskoye, Kolomensky district. The Oktyabrsky quarry is equipped with modern equipment, including mechanisms for excavation, crushing and transportation of non-metallic material. The extraction of raw materials is carried out using a hydromechanized method. Over the course of a year, the field produces more than 370,000 cubic meters of sand and gravel mixture.

In 2015, a gypsum plant located in the village of Podgorny near the city of Maykop became part of the complex for the extraction and processing of construction raw materials of the Cedrus company. The main activity of the plant at present is the processing of gypsum stone into environmentally friendly building gypsum of grades G-5, G-6, G-7 and the production of dry building mixtures based on gypsum binder.
